Most health problems do not exist in isolation. Back pain is rarely just about the back. Fatigue is rarely just about sleep. Anxiety rarely stays in the mind. The body, the mind and the way we live are interconnected, and a clinic that treats one while ignoring the others will always fall short.
Hever Health was built around a different idea. We bring qualified specialists from across the clinical and holistic health spectrum together in one place, so that your care can reflect the complexity of what you are actually experiencing.
A Clinic with a Different Approach
We are a multi-disciplinary wellness clinic based at Hever Castle Golf Club in the heart of the Kent countryside. Our team covers osteopathy, sports therapy, massage, clinical nutrition, reflexology, reiki, body stress release, lymphatic drainage, counselling and life coaching.
What makes us different is not the range of services. It is the way those services connect. Our practitioners work as a team. When your recovery would benefit from more than one discipline, we will tell you, and we will help you find the right combination. Many of our patients build ongoing relationships with the clinic across multiple modalities, returning not only when something is wrong but as part of a deliberate approach to long-term health.
The Team
We bring qualified specialists from across the clinical and holistic spectrum together under one roof. Our physical therapy team resolves pain through evidence-based manual treatment. Our holistic wellness practitioners address the nutritional and regulatory systems that physical treatment alone cannot reach. Our mental health and coaching services offer a confidential space for therapeutic support and purposeful personal development. And our beauty and bodywork treatments go further than standard therapy can, accessing what has built up at deeper layers of the system.
Every practitioner on our team was chosen because they are genuinely excellent at what they do. If you are unsure where to start, get in touch and we will point you in the right direction.
Paul Moody DO, our Clinic Director and Registered Osteopath, has been in practice for over 30 years. Connor Reid M.Ost brings a Master’s degree in Osteopathy and an exceptional background in sports and soft tissue work. Claire Ward is a BANT member and CNHC accredited nutritional therapist with nearly two decades of experience across elite sport, clinical practice and corporate wellness. Anne Bila is a Reiki Master Teacher, NLP Counsellor and Life Coach with a background that spans management consulting and holistic health. Kim Wimble is a MGHT qualified holistic therapist specialising in reflexology, aromatherapy and hot stone massage. Catherine Davidson brings 20 years of experience in holistic massage, manual lymphatic drainage and beauty therapy. Peter van Minnen is one of the most experienced Body Stress Release practitioners in the United Kingdom, with over 27 years of practice.
All of our practitioners hold recognised professional qualifications and are fully insured.
The Setting
Our clinic is located at Hever Castle Golf Club, one of Kent’s most historic and tranquil settings. We chose this location deliberately. The environment in which you receive care matters. Arriving somewhere calm, beautiful and genuinely removed from the pressures of daily life changes the quality of what is possible in a session.
For many of our patients, the journey to Hever is itself part of the process.

Whether you are managing chronic pain, recovering from a sports injury, navigating hormonal change, working through emotional difficulty or simply looking for a more preventive approach to your long-term health, we have a practitioner and a pathway suited to your needs.
