Bookings and appointments
When you book an appointment with us, whether online, by phone or in person, you are entering into an agreement with the clinic for the treatment booked.
Cancellations and missed appointments We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or re-arrange an appointment. Appointments cancelled or re-arranged with less than 24 hours’ notice, and appointments that are not attended, will be charged at the full price.
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking, and to ask for payment or a deposit at the time of booking.

Our website may include links to, or content from, other websites and services (for example maps and videos). We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those third parties. Any dealings you have with them are at your own risk.

We provide our treatments with reasonable care and skill.
