Hever Health is the wellbeing centre at Hever Castle Golf Club in Edenbridge, Kent. Physical therapy, holistic wellness, beauty treatments and mental health support all run from one place, so you can look after your body and your mind without driving between different clinics.

Our treatments are open to everyone. You do not need to be a golf club or castle member to book. Whether you found us on a day out around Hever Castle and its gardens or you live just down the road in Edenbridge, new patients are always welcome here.

The centre was founded by osteopath Paul Moody, who has been treating patients for more than 30 years. Alongside him, the team covers massage and bodywork, nutrition, reflexology, reiki, Body Stress Release and coaching, so whoever you see has trained properly in what they do. Meet the full team.
