A few question you might have
1. Do I need a GP referral to book an appointment?
No referral is needed. You can contact us directly to book with any of our practitioners. If your GP has recommended a specific type of treatment, let us know when you get in touch and we will match you with the right person.
2. Do you accept private health insurance?
We recommend checking directly with your insurer before your appointment, as cover varies between providers and policy types. We are happy to provide invoices and any supporting documentation your insurer may require.
3. What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a charge, which your practitioner will confirm at the time of booking.
4. How quickly can I get an appointment?
We aim to offer appointments within a few days of your enquiry, subject to practitioner availability. If you are in acute pain or have an urgent need, please mention this in your message and we will do our best to prioritise your booking.
