Registered Osteopath and Sports Massage Therapist
Frankie Bowden is a registered osteopath who trained at the University College of Osteopathy, now part of Health Sciences University, graduating with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy in 2026. She also holds a Level 4 Diploma in Sports Massage, so she brings both structural osteopathic treatment and detailed soft tissue work to every appointment.
Frankie enjoys working with a wide range of people and takes time to understand how each patient’s lifestyle, work and hobbies influence the way they move and feel. Pain rarely appears out of nowhere. The way you sit at a desk, the sport you play or the hours you spend on your feet all shape what is happening in your body, and treatment works best when it accounts for them.
She has a particular interest in women’s health and in sport. Her own background in competitive horse riding has shaped much of her interest in movement and performance, and she understands the physical demands riding places on the back, hips and pelvis. Alongside her clinical work, Frankie is studying for a Master’s in Equine Osteopathy, with a particular interest in working with both horses and riders.

Patients who ride, play sport or simply want to stay active will find her an especially good fit, as will anyone who wants their treatment to take their whole lifestyle into account rather than just the area that hurts.
